"Our family had a phenomenal experience with Joanna. Our 5 year old son had his first ever music lessons with her. Joanna introduced him to the drums and to musical concepts and he loved his lessons thanks to her skill as a teacher. She was able to provide him a great foundation for drumming skills and we saw steady improvement in his ability and confidence. She tailored his lessons directly to his ability and allowed him to express himself creatively in a way to expand his understanding of music. We had to move out of the area so we weren't able to continue our lessons with Joanna, but if we still lived in California we would most certainly be using her and we recommend her without any reservations." -Amy
